Waking up with headaches, migraines, where you’re eyes hurt? Sometimes I grind my teeth in my sleep and wake up with an excruciating pain at the base of my skull, the occipital ridge which causes an intense migraine.
How to release:
1. Start in a nice chest opener aka pic on top for a few minutes.
2. Pic number 2, using tune-up balls to press onto pressure point GB20 to release blood flow into occipital lobe and rest of brain. If you don’t have tune-up balls use your thumbs or the angle of the block. Hold at least 3 mins. Slow breaths.
Where’s GB20? below base of skull in hollows of the neck, might even feel a round knot there. 🙏❤😍
